Covid-19 special terms and conditions

We want you to feel comfortable placing an order with us, so we have created a special Covid-19 cancellation policy to give you as much flexibility as we can offer.

In case you need to change your plans due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, we offer several options:

3 weeks or more before the first delivery date of your order: 

  1. 100% transferable: If you need to change the dates of your time in Verbier, and therefore the dates of your Mountain Thyme Delicious Dinners deliveries, don’t worry – we offer a moveable feast! We will be happy to delay your order to any later date, right up until the end of next winter, i.e. April 2023, without any extra charge to you. Please note: if our menus have changed in the meantime and an item you ordered is no longer available, we will offer a comparable substitute.
  2. 100% refund: if you would like a refund, we will be happy to refund 100% of your order total.

Less than 3 weeks but more than 3 days before the first delivery date of your order:

  1. 100% transferable: If you need to change the dates of your time in Verbier, and therefore the dates of your Mountain Thyme Delicious Dinners deliveries, don’t worry – we offer a moveable feast! We will be happy to delay your order to any later date, right up until the end of next winter, i.e. April 2023, without any extra charge to you. Please note: if our menus have changed in the meantime and an item you ordered is no longer available, we will offer a comparable substitute.
  2. 70% refund: if you would like a refund, we will be happy to refund 70% of your order total.

Less than 3 days before:

Please note: we cannot offer any refund or transfer for cancellations with less than 3 days’ notice.

 

For orders for delivery/collection between 18/12/21 and 8/1/22 (Christmas and New Year):

100% transferable or 100% refund if you cancel more than 3 weeks before the date of your first delivery

100% transferable or 70% refund if you cancel more than 7 days' before and less than 3 weeks before your first delivery

Please note: we cannot offer any refunds or date transfers for cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice.

General terms and conditions: 

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Mountain Thyme Delicious Dinners endeavours to accommodate special dietary requirements or allergies if informed of them at the time of booking, and will let the client know if this is not possible. We cannot, however, guarantee the complete absence of trace amounts of allergens in our products, since they are regularly in use on our premises.

Accuracy

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this website is both accurate and complete. However, availability of ingredients are constantly changing and we cannot guarantee that all of the information is 100% accurate at all times. Please contact us if you feel we are providing inaccurate information or you have a dietary requirement you wish to check.

Availability

We will do our best to make all dishes available, but we reserve the right to make changes to the menu and ingredients if the need arises and will contact you if you have placed an order which for any reason we are unable to fulfill.

Delivery

Customers are required to provide clear delivery instructions and a contact number that will be in use at the time of delivery. If, for any reason, the delivery cannot be made at the agreed time and location, we will take your order back and retain it for the next 24 hours during which time you can call us to request re-delivery at an additional charge or to arrange personal collection from our premises.

Mountain Thyme Delicious Dinners cannot be held liable for any damages to products after we have delivered them. If products are collected from us, we cannot be held liable for any damages to them once they have left our premises. Any vehicle used for collection should have a flat surface and be clean and tidy. This is the responsibility of the client. Products can be fragile, so we advise clients to drive slowly and carefully.

Mountain Thyme Delicious Dinners will always endeavour to deliver within the given time slot, however unfortunately delivery timings cannot be guaranteed. Refunds for delayed deliveries will be at the management’s discretion.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for costs to the client arising from the delay.

Changes to an order

If the client wishes to change an order, they must contact Mountain Thyme Delicious Dinners as soon as possible. We will confirm if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes in price, timings or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

Accessibility

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to this website, or the sites to which it links. We accept no responsibility for any damages arising from the loss of use of this information.

General

The failure or delay of Mountain Thyme Delicious Dinners to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Mountain Thyme Delicious Dinners right to enforce that right. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of Switzerland, then to the extent permitted such illegal, invalid or unenforceable term(s) shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
